Beat Wheel — Prototype (analog of erhythm.org)
No notation here on purpose — the circle makes the beat grouping shape visible at a glance. Simple time splits each beat in two; compound time splits each beat in three. Same idea, no reading required.

6/8 — compound time
2 main beats (not 6!), each splits into 3.
9/8 — compound time
3 main beats, each splits into 3.
